The original Predator creature was bulkier, more insectoid, built by Boss Film Studios and worn on set by Jean-Claude Van Damme. It was scrapped mid-production, and Stan Winston Studio had a matter of weeks to reinvent the suit. George appears in the Winston crew during that redesign, though the surviving sources do not securely establish when he joined or his exact assignment.
Matt Rose sculpted the bio-mask. A later account attributes its surface paint to George, and a workshop photograph appears to show him working on the helmet. Neither establishes the exact palette, material, or schedule, so the attribution stops there.
